Hi there! Have some questions about how this works?  Here are some of the most commonly asked questions
  • Do these forms immediately go into our practice management software

    No.  We have chosen not to integrate with your practice management system.  To keep your cost down and ensure a fast deployment, we decided not to.  Can we push the data elsewhere? yes....but we dont wanna.  our way works for lots of offices, and why fix it if it isnt broken.  Right?

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    It auto renews and charges the card you input during the onboarding process.  Happens everymonth.  It's automated, we try not to think about it.  

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards..... 

  • Is this HIPAA Compliant?

    Yes, this is HIPAA Compliant.  During the onboarding process, we send you a signed BAA for you to keep on file.  The forms are sent to you through an encrypted connection, as a password protected PDF that is specific to ONLY your office. 

  • A patient sent a form but it didn't come through, can i retrieve it?

    Absolutely.  We store all forms on a HIPAA compliant database server and can retrieve them.  Simply email support@dentalonlineforms.com and we can get that for you.   No form is ever lost. After 6 months, we delete old submissions. 

  • What about a privacy policy?

    We have a privacy policy on our website.  If you request one, we will also create a online privacy form you can add to your website.  If we create your website for you, you already got it...no sweat.
